Legal Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute the legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User") and x77com governing your use of the x77com platform, including all gaming products, sports betting markets, deposit and withdrawal services, and promotional offers accessible via x77com.net.

In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
By completing the x77com registration process, clicking "I Agree", or by otherwise accessing or using any service on the x77com Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This acceptance is effective from the date of first account registration or first use of the Platform, whichever is earlier.

By registering, you represent, warrant, and confirm that you are at least 21 years old. x77com operates a strict age verification policy and reserves the right to request certified copies of government-issued identity documents — including a National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all pending transactions will be voided, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
It is your sole responsibility to determine whether using the x77com Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. x77com makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gaming or sports betting in any specific location within Pakistan. By accessing x77com, you confirm that you are doing so voluntarily and that such access does not violate any applicable law or regulation in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, and preferred payment method details. You are obligated to keep this information updated at all times. x77com will not be held liable for any losses arising from inaccurate registration information provided by the Player.
Each individual may maintain only one active x77com Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. x77com employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate Accounts. Any duplicate Account discovered will be suspended, and all associated balances may be forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x77com login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as activity carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify x77com immediately via the live support channel or by emailing [email protected].
x77com operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including CNIC, proof of address, and payment method verification — before deposits are accepted, withdrawals are processed, or bonus offers are activated. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stated timeframe may result in Account suspension.
An Account that has recorded no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. x77com may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive Accounts, deducted from the Account Balance, once the Player has been notified by email. If the Balance reaches zero, the Account may be closed. Players may reactivate an Account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding verification requirements.
You may request closure of your x77com Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining real-money Balance will be refunded to your most recently verified payment method, subject to completion of applicable KYC verification and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering requirements attached to Bonus Funds. x77com reserves the right to close or suspend any Account that is found to be in breach of this Agreement.
x77com currently accepts deposits via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast instant payment, retail cash (at designated agents), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. x77com reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to the Player's Account Balance within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Raast are subject to the processing schedules of the respective banking institution and may take up to one (1) business day. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following a minimum of one (1) network confirmation on the TRON blockchain.
The minimum deposit amount for JazzCash and EasyPaisa is PKR 100. Minimum deposit thresholds for other payment methods are displayed at the point of deposit initiation on the Platform. These thresholds are subject to change and the Platform will always display the current applicable minimum.
All Account Balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits made in other currencies, including USDT, will be converted to PKR at the prevailing x77com exchange rate at the time of transaction. x77com does not guarantee any particular exchange rate and is not liable for fluctuations in cryptocurrency or foreign currency valuations.
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Use of payment methods belonging to another person — including family members — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for Account suspension and balance forfeiture.
Withdrawals may only be requested from the real-money portion of your Account Balance. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal until such requirements are satisfied.
x77com processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to protect Players from unauthorised withdrawal of funds. If the original deposit method is no longer available, x77com may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal to an alternative method.
x77com reserves the right to request full KYC documentation — including CNIC, selfie with document, and payment method proof — before processing any withdrawal request. Players who have not previously completed KYC must do so before their first withdrawal is processed. x77com may place a hold on withdrawal requests pending the outcome of any ongoing verification or investigation.
x77com aims to process withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable verification checks. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within twenty-four (24) hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by x77com are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion at the time it is offered. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the promotion-specific terms will take precedence for that promotion only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified; expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account without compensation.
Welcome bonuses and sign-up offers are available to one Account per household, IP address, and device. x77com reserves the right to revoke bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that multiple accounts from the same household have claimed the same introductory offer.
x77com prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, using low-risk staking strategies specifically to convert bonus funds to withdrawable cash, and colluding with other players to meet wagering requirements artificially. x77com reserves the right to remove bonuses, void winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.
All bets placed on x77com sports betting markets are subject to these Terms and the specific market rules displayed on the Platform. x77com reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on a suspended market or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being offered.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL, bilateral series, T20 Internationals, and Test matches — are governed by x77com's cricket-specific betting rules. In the event of a match abandonment, reduced-overs result, or DLS-method decision, settlements will follow the rules published on the Platform for the relevant competition.
x77com reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously incorrect price caused by a data feed error, technical malfunction, or human input error. "Obviously incorrect" is defined as a price that is materially different from the true market price at the time the bet was placed. Players who knowingly exploit such errors may have their accounts suspended.
In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the in-play rules for each sport. x77com may suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets placed after the event's natural conclusion — regardless of any delay in the Platform's market suspension — will be voided.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x77com and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the x77com Platform, including but not limited to:
x77com's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
x77com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the x77com Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
x77com implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures — including 128-bit SSL encryption for all data transmission — to protect your personal and financial information. x77com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, x77com will provide advance notice via the Platform homepage or by email to your registered address with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.
Your continued use of the x77com Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any remaining Balance.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x77com holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to x77com's customer support team for informal resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of being raised, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in x77com's licensing jurisdiction. Players retain any statutory consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract under the applicable law of their jurisdiction.
The English language version of this Agreement shall be the authoritative version in the event of any conflict or ambiguity arising from any translation.
